BCBC 建堂信息
感謝神,我们终于在10月31日完成Jay Road消防站的买卖(Closing)。波德华人浸信会(BCBC)终于拥有自己的教堂。

第一阶段目标是改建教会的第一区域,以便我们可以进行正常的敬拜和教会活动。所有这些改建工作均需符合波德县相关法规,且需在总承包商,分包工人员及教会成员之间有机协调进行。
会堂改建工程领导小组每周定期开会,研究工作进度及相关问题;与设计师,总承包商及结构工程师之间共同计划并准备下一步工作。
11月11日--结构图确定并向会众公布。一楼洗手间位置的设计受现有的其他洗手间水管、管道长度、排水坡度及对于二期工程潜在影响等方面因素的制约。
11月17日--波德县政府签发了拆除工程许可证;总承包商启动修建前期准备工作,并与结构工程师一道开始房梁及地板结构更改方面的工作。
教会志愿者每周积极到场参与各项改建工程的准备工作。
一阶段里程碑 --总承包商于11 月 29 日提交修建许可申请。
12 月 27 日 - 博德县要求提供许可证申请的其他补充材料。总承包商与建筑师一道负责版本修订。要满足防火法规,建筑的多个部分需装X型防火内墙。
粗略估计花费为$ 83,000。获取修建许可证后,将会及时提供该费用的最新报告,包括防火墙及其他地板托梁。
建筑许可证发放后,本委员会将届时提供时间进程的最新预计。初步估计,修建过程将需要至少6 周时间。
In phase one, the goal is to renovate the first-half of the building to the purpose of having a site where we will have services and operate the church functions. These renovations will need to be in compliance with Boulder County code, and will be conducted jointly among the General Contractor, the sub-contractors and the congregation members.
Building renovation committee met regularly each week to review project progress and issues; plan and facilitate upcoming tasks with architect, general contractor and structural engineer.
Nov 11- Finalized the floor plan and presented to the congregation. Rest rooms location on the first floor designed are driven by existing main grey water line that could be connected to other restrooms, pipe distance, drainage slope and potential impact to Phase II development.
Nov 17- Boulder County approved Deconstruction Permit; General contractor started to prepare the building for constructions and work with structural engineer for beam and floor structure change.
Church volunteers are actively showing up each week end to help preparing the site for construction.
Milestone 1 - General contractor submitted Building Permit on Nov 29.
Dec 27 –Boulder County requested additional information for permit application. The general contractor worked with the Architect to address the revisions. In order to meet the fire protection code, many sections of the buildings will need Type-X fire-code drywall.
The rough cost estimate is $83k. This cost will soon be updated once we got the building permit, additional cost of fire resistant drywall and additional floor joists.
The committee will update the time estimate after the building permit is approved. Preliminary estimate for construction will need at least 6 weeks. |
